Heeps is a product of Vaibime OÜ ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Heeps mobile application.

Heeps is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our translation service:
- Audio data: When you use the translation feature, your voice is streamed in real time to our AI translation service (powered by OpenAI) for processing. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored permanently by Heeps.
- Account information: If you create an account or subscribe, we collect your email address and subscription status through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics such as which language pairs are used, session duration, and app performance metrics to improve our service.
- Device information: We may collect basic device information (device type, operating system version) for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

Third-Party Services
Heeps uses the following third-party services:

- Apple: Handles subscription payments and management through the App Store. Apple's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
Data Storage and Security
We do not permanently store your voice recordings or translated conversations. Audio data is streamed in real time for translation and is not retained after the translation session ends. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we do collect.
