These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Heeps mobile application ("App") provided by Vaibime OÜ ("we," "our," or "us"), operating under the product name Heeps. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Heeps provides AI-powered real-time translation services. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to facilitate face-to-face communication across languages. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Heeps. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Heeps offers subscription plans billed weekly or annually through Apple's App Store.
• A free trial period may be offered for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.

4. Translation Accuracy

Heeps uses AI technology to provide translations. While we strive for accuracy, translations may not always be perfect. Heeps should not be relied upon for translations in critical situations where accuracy is essential, such as medical, legal, or emergency communications. We are not liable for any errors, misunderstandings, or damages arising from translation inaccuracies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use the App to transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its services

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Heeps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heeps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
